Explanation for writer population reaching 7.2 million...
The "who can rightfully claim the title of writer" debate will undoubtedly rage if/until the written word completely disappears.
Personally, I don't care who calls themselves what. I don't know if Jimmy Montague is too wrapped up in all of that either, but I do know that he has a clever explanation for why so many people slug the title on their home-printed business cards.
I don't do the "short post directing readers elsewhere thing" too often, but I'm making an exception for The Cyanide Hole. Funny stuff.
